According to Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, as well as of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, Senior Software Agency SRL, hereinafter referred to as Senior Software, will administer in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by the data subject.
Senior Software undertakes to respect all the rights of the data subjects, in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
In the sense of the provisions of Law no. 677/2001, personal data refers to any information that can be used to identify a person or to contact him online or offline. Personal information is processed only with the consent of the data subject (for example, if it is knowingly provided through one of the online forms, by participating in raffles and contests, by registering or signing up on the site, by telephone communication, in person). face in events etc.).
Personal data will be processed in order to carry out marketing and advertising activities, to promote products and services, media activities, customer relations, market research, statistics, tracking and monitoring of sales and behavior. consumer.
Senior Software may process and transmit personal data, under the conditions provided by Law no. 677/2001, to other companies with which it is in partnership and only on the basis of a confidentiality commitment from those companies, which guarantees that this data is kept secure and that the use and provision of this personal information is made in accordance with the legislation in in force, as follows: marketing, courier, payment / banking, telemarketing or other services, other companies with which Senior Software may develop joint programs to offer products and services on the market.
The data subject understands and accepts that the personal data he provides are processed for the purposes mentioned above.
According to Law no. 677/2001, any data subject benefits from the right of access, of intervention on the data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to go to court. At the same time, it is guaranteed the observance of the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of data, except for data whose processing is mandatory, respectively processing by financial and tax services, police, justice, social security.
In order to exercise these rights, any data subject may submit to Senior Software a written, dated and signed application. The request will be communicated to SC Senior Software Agency SRL, based in Bucharest, Sector 5, Tudor Vladimirescu Boulevard, Nr. 45, Floor 1-2, Nr. cadastral 200670-C1, registered at the Trade Register under no. J40 / 8341/2003, with Unique Identification Code RO15525700, or by e-mail at: office@seniorsoftware.ro. In the application, the applicant may indicate whether he wishes the information to be communicated to a specific address, which may also be by e-mail, or through a correspondence service to ensure that the delivery will be made only in person.
